Pet Supplies Plus - Vadnais Heights, MN

Love coming here!! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Prices are cheaper then another store we used to go to.

This was my first visit, but won't be my last! I went in looking for a chuck it, extra chuck it balls, and hot spot medication. The toy selection is huge, and the prices seemed slightly less than other big box pet stores with plenty of sale items. I was able to find the toys and the hot spot spray easily, and I was happy to see many options including all natural sprays. The staff seemed available, but not overbearing. I signed up for the rewards program. I think this will be my new pet store!

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. A customer was carrying a large doggy bed out of the store. I stopped and asked her how much she paid for it, she told me, I about fell out. It was $20+ LESS than the cheapest one I have found in the past 3 weeks that I have been looking. So we went into the store. Ended up marking it as a favorite place in our Google map.

I was so incredibly happy with the service I received at Pet Supplies Plus. I had to take my very spicy kitten in for a nail trim and they were so incredible with her. I loved that I could be right there for moral support. You could tell the two ladies knew exactly how to handle my fur baby and she was all cuddles when we got home.

One of the ladies even took the time to walk me around the store and make new suggestions for me. As a new cat owner, I felt so understood. The care she had for me and my spicy kitten made me feel like I was talking with a friend.

I will be recommending this store to all of my friends and family. Thank you again!!
