Not to worry, they sent me to Xpress Tire and had me ask for Alfredo. Alfredo was great. He dug into the issue and got it resolved. I guess Alfredo works at both places. There are four brothers that work at the two locations. All very pleasant and very customer focused. We need more shops like this.”

“I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the work we had done at Systematic Auto Works. We received bad news from our usual general mechanic that our engine needed to be replaced, costing between $3500-5k. I called around to a few places for more quotes, and finally got in touch with the owner at Systematic. He was able to track down a good used engine, and do the whole job for about $1000 less than any other quote we received. Not only that, we had our car back from him running perfectly less than 30 hours after dropping it off. He also pointed out a few other issues to address, and gave us extremely reasonable quotes on those jobs as well. We don't live very close to Systematic, but we will absolutely return to him for planned future maintenance of our vehicle. Customer service was excellent, with clear communication about a fairly complicated situation we were in. I cannot recommend highly enough.”
