In both instances, I had first taken my car to the dealer and was told (1) they couldn't fix the problem and (2) gave me a laundry list of items that "needed repairs" estimating over $4,500. In the first instance, NSPA found and fixed the problem (at a very reasonable price) and in the second instance they gave me an honest second opinion about what needed to be done and what didn''t and their price tag was just over $400!!! Unless you have warranty work, I will not be bringing my vehicles to the dealer. These guys are great.”

He is extremely careful to use correct torque specs and is awesome at diagnosing issues. I had such a great experience, I brought my RS6 to him for timing maintenance. Bought two sets of tires online and picked them up in Roseville the same day. Rebates were available and the paperwork was simple and was provided at the time of pickup. Very freindly cashier and they offered to load the tires for me. They don't even charge you until you actually pick up the tires. Saved a ton. Had a local shop install them. This is the way to buy tires. The bathroom is nice and cleaner then most restaurants.”
