One of the nicest people, the room is awesome.

The rooms are to tiny for what they pay for a monthly rent and the sink has been broken for over a month now and it's a super easy fix but other then the fixing stuff issue and prices every thing else is awesome awesome neighbors and awesome landlord just needs a little fixing up and prices shouldn't be that high for a studio apartment but it's the only place we could get so I guess is what it is great location and awesome hospitality and awesome neighbors. 😇 I would definitely recommend if looking for a place if you don't have kids it's almost perfect
