“I just streamed an online class with Tracy and it was exactly what I needed. I haven't been able to get out and go to the gym and my body had a lot of tension built up. Tracy is extremely experienced, knows how to guide you into poses with ease and how to help you relax into the pose and allow your body to stretch. “My elderly mother stayed at the Family Residence for two years starting shortly after it opened in 2019. It was a godsend. The family had spent months touring other memory care facilities in the area but found them to be wanting. When we chanced on the Family Residence our prayer were answered. It was like a cozy home with residents putting together puzzles in the sun-room or talking in the large living room or snacking in the “country kitchen” area. The loving staff showered her with attention every day. There were visiting therapy dogs; small school groups bearing gifts; classes on travel and culture... They let my mother bring her piano which they put in a common room. Before moving there, my mother was anxious all the time. After a few weeks at Family Residence her anxieties faded away. Her final years turned out to be some of her best. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.”
