“We worked closely with Amy to prepare our acreage home for sale and then through the selling process itself. At Amy’s urging, we had stucco testing done given market reticence on the topic and discovered repairs that had to be made. Amy helped us through finding a good engineer for the testing, new siding feedback, and color/style selection to maximize the home’s marketability. We had moved out of state before the property was fully ready for market and Amy helped to find reputable cleaners, flooring refinishers, etc. She was also very detail oriented in making sure every part of the house was in shape to sell.
