“First time shopping Goodwill Shakopee and I was pleasantly surprised!!! What’s not to like?? Found nostalgic titles from childhood and will definitely check in on this location more often. Children’s books are $1.00. All reading materials will convert to digital eventually so grab your books while they’re still available. I’m building a library for my nephews and grandchildren and these titles are a Wonderful addition.”

“Pretty solid experience from the sales staff member I worked with through to the delivery and set up of the item I purchased. The sales staff member I worked with listened to me and my wishes and gave suggestions accordingly. It was refreshing to not have someone trying to upsell me on items I didn't want or added fee based services that are unnecessary (experiences in other stores right now). Today the delivery folks were quick, efficient, and kind, it was all over before I realized it. The only reason I have it at 4 instead of 5 is the experience with some of the more junior members of staff. Like the Ashley's next door, some of the more junior floor sales staff need a little more experience with customer service and their ability to read the signs of customers as they shop. I had been in to Furniture Mart a number of times in a small span of time and the people I speak of were a little heavy with the pressure and hovering a bit too much to be helpful instead of their lingering presence.”

“The store is clean and well organized. I was aided by Chris during my time there and he was great! Very knowledgeable, positive demeanor, and polite as could be. Highly encourage others to utilize this store for their furniture needs and work with Chris when you can! Update due to repeat visit: still five stars. Was helped by Adam and he was awesome! My only complaint is that the decor that was against the back wall is all gone and things look sparse. I was told this was due to a corporate decision. I heartily disagree and hope upper management reverses course on this.”
