We got bottomless hot cocoa, and yummy bakery cookies, also bonus each of us gift to pick 2 pumpkins!!! Informative, friendly, and patient staff with our family of 6! Kids each got key chains and coloring books too!”

Updated 09/30/21: although it took a while to hear back the staff did give me a call back. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and listened to the concern I had, which I appreciated. “Great place to visit. We would like to see more signage on plants to know what the plants are. The walking paths are well maintained. Would like to also see more benches on the path heading up to the Mansion. It would also be nice to have some benches inside the Mansion. To be more friendlier to people who may need to rest for various reasons and so be able to visit such a great place!! The gift shop and cafe should stay open longer. We are contemplating becoming members.”
