There was a specific buzzer that I wanted and I was needing to hear it to see which one I had to purchase. So she said absolutely I’m sure we can figure something out. They texted me a video of the buzzer I was inquiring about at the end we found the right one. Thank you again Tammy!!!

They transferred me to the warehouse where they took measurements on a sun visor I was trying to buy just to make sure it was the right one for me. With the texting feature a real human answers you and helps you through whatever you need. I’m happy doing business with Midwest.

New cool feature that allows you to text back and forth when inquiring about parts. This was very convenient with my many interruptions at my job throughout the day.
