“The MN Stare Highway Patrol contacted Bob’s for me when I went in the ditch in the middle of the highway on one of the coldest nights. I felt like Alex was an angel in disguise when he showed up. His response time was very quick. I thought I was going to be there for over an hour based on the conditions but it was only around 15 minutes. He was kind, made me feel safe and was understanding.
