There was a delay in the shipment of my fireplace due to the microchip shortage and they communicated quickly and directly. The actual job was done perfectly. The tiles in this photo were DIY and not done by The Fireplace Guys so no shade to them;) they left a perfect surface behind to tile on. The Bayport 41 provides a wonderful amount of heat that keeps the whole first floor toasty. Couldn't be happier!”
