(September 28, 2022, 10:43 am)I don't normally write reviews but this company's customer service and repair department is exceptional!!
For two years our Fireplace in our great room would always go out in the winter months when we needed it.
We were told by another company to replace about $700.00 worth of parts with no guarantee or just replace the entire fireplace it was no good.
I talked with fireplace guys customer service and they said they would send a technician out now. I informed them that it was working now it just goes out during the winter months. They told me after their technician works on it if it happens again during the winter months they would come out at no charge until they fix the problem.
Su from fireplace guys came in and took his time to diagnose the problem. He found everything was good we just needed more gas pressure because we had a new furnace installed.

(November 8, 2021, 11:39 am)I replaced my existing wood burning fireplace with a Bayport 41 Birch log with the reflective panels. The entire process was smooth and professional. There was a delay in the shipment of my fireplace due to the microchip shortage and they communicated quickly and directly. The actual job was done perfectly. The tiles in this photo were DIY and not done by The Fireplace Guys so no shade to them;) they left a perfect surface behind to tile on. The Bayport 41 provides a wonderful amount of heat that keeps the whole first floor toasty. Couldn't be happier!
(September 25, 2020, 4:20 pm)We had a wonderful experience with this company. We moved into our house a year ago and have no experience with fireplaces. Our home has two, one was dusty and needed cleaning and the other was not working at all.
My husband researched and saw The Fireplace Guys had great reviews, so we went with them. We were not disappointed. The tech arrived within the time frame quoted and was very patient and informative. He showed my husband how to turn off the pilot in the Summertime. He explained what he did in detail. He was able to fix the fireplace in our basement as well. Our fireplaces look like new!
We would certainly recommend this company to anyone and we will definitely use them again!

We had a custom made Kozy gas fireplace insert installed in our 1930s south Minneapolis home and the process from start to finish was pleasant and easy. We were provided outstanding service, good value and prompt attention when we had questions. We shopped around and selected The Fireplace guys based on what they could offer us from both a servicing and product standpoint. Highly recommend.
