“Dr. Clay takes a scientific, results-oriented approach to chiropractic. The care I have received from him has been life-changing. He has resolved issues I've had for 10+ years that countless other chiropractors could not resolve. One issue specifically: I had right shoulder pain that prevented me from side-sleeping for over 10 years. Dr. Clay has resolved this for me and I can now sleep on either side, or on my back, comfortably! I also used to suffer from chronic neck and low back pain. I would take Advil/ibuprofen at least once per week. Dr. Clay has helped me make significant progress in both areas, to the point my neck rarely bothers me. I take Advil maybe once a quarter now. Another area of improvement since beginning with Dr. Clay has been my overall stress/anxiety level. I generally feel calmer and better able to handle to challenges of working full time while raising two highly energetic small children. I believe his adjustments help support my nervous system and overall health. Dr. Clay has become a vital part of my self-care routine to keep me functioning at my best. I would highly recommend!”

“This course has a lot of nostalgia for me as I got a hole in one on a par 3 our first time here. Complete fluke of course and I attribute none of it to any actual skill, but after that I fell in love with golfing. Years later, we golf all over the cities, but this one is conveniently located and has well maintained greens and a nice clubhouse.”

“IT'S NOT AS BAD AS EVERYONE SAYS IT IS I suffer from really bad social anxiety and have bipolar disorder. I'm a freshman and most of the teachers understand my anxiety and let me work at my own pace to help prevent any breakdowns and panic attacks. Yes drugs are sold in the school and weapons are found in the school but that's why we have metal detectors now and most high schools in NY sell drugs in them there aren't fights everyday 24/7 and some of the teachers are really nice I'm in the agriculture program. The only lockers we have that we use are in the gym locker room.”

The only con I could think of was that you have to buy a barrel lock but it comes with three keys and you can have them hold one if you desire.”
