“We had a Lopi Answer wood fireplace insert installed by Energy Savers in Feb 2022. They performed a site visit to make sure the insert would fit in our existing hearth. Our hearth was a bit small, but they offered to custom weld the face plate to make sure it would look great. All for a small add on to the original price. Almost a year later and the stove is looking and working great. I am impressed with the Lopi wood stoves, and with the quality of work performed by Energy Savers.”

“I replaced my existing wood burning fireplace with a Bayport 41 Birch log with the reflective panels. The entire process was smooth and professional. There was a delay in the shipment of my fireplace due to the microchip shortage and they communicated quickly and directly. The actual job was done perfectly. The tiles in this photo were DIY and not done by The Fireplace Guys so no shade to them;) they left a perfect surface behind to tile on. The Bayport 41 provides a wonderful amount of heat that keeps the whole first floor toasty. Couldn't be happier!”

I would recommend ROVE in general for any bug/rodent problems. I had a mouse problem and they were out originally when promised, the technician explained everything he did at the time and steps I could take to improve the situation as well. “My wife and I built our current home with Jeff Hause in 2004. It was a crazy time for us with a one-year old daughter and our second daughter being born only a couple of weeks after we broke ground. We almost didn’t build after hearing from our friends many of their home building horror stories (with other builders). We didn’t have that experience at all. Jeff was awesome to work with throughout the entire process. We weren’t extremely involved in the build process given our young children and work schedules. Jeff managed the entire process and was extremely detail oriented – he was more picky than we were with the quality of work that went into our house. Jeff was also a lot of fun to work with – definitely not the experience many of our friends had with other builders.
