“LOVE this Salon! They have the most wonderful stylists that treat you like family! So warm, welcoming, and fun to be around! The ladies who work their truly love what they do. The owner Rebekah is AWESOME! She has been doing my hair for years and I am never disappointed! We most recently dabled in some fun new colors get me out of my comfort zone in a subtle way! 2 years ago we worked hard to get my hair exactly the way I wanted it for my wedding! We picked out color and style! Dawn who also works at this Salon did my hair for the big day! She looked at photos of what Rebekah and I picked out and recreated it! “Richard was wonderful to work with when our family moved to Minnesota from Kansas. Though the experience of moving to Minnesota in January is to be given 1 star (we don't recommend), Richard receives a 5 star rating for his excellent work as our realtor (we highly recommend). He even shoveled a couple feet of snow off of a sidewalk during sub-zero temps on two occasions. Bless. Though the prospect of home shopping and purchasing from ten hours away was daunting, Richard made it very simple. He was quick to respond to texts and emails. He set up Zoom meetings to better understand the needs of our family for our next home, asking great questions to help us narrow the criteria for searches. He attended showings with the option for us to FaceTime from Kansas, not only saving us time and money on travel, but getting us the home we wanted before it flew off the market. He was knowledgable and we fully trusted his expertise through every step of the process. He has continued to provide us resources following our relocation and will be the first person we call when we need to move south again in search of shorter winters. Again, 5 stars for this great service and much appreciation for making our experience an easy one.”

“Eureka I've found it! Since my introduction to the Cuban Sandwich at Tony O's little stand on the 3rd level at Target Field 10 years ago, I've been in search of it's equal. I haven't found one in the Twin Cities... or any other place I've visited for that matter! Today my search ended at River Market. This is a new item at the deli and let me tell you, I'd probably be willing to pay twice as much for it, amazing...and not only will I be back, I'll be telling all my friends! Special shout out to the young ladies working there on 6/9/23. My granddaughter and I were just one of 3 pairs waiting to order at 5:56. With closing at 6, I figured we were too late, but they graciously stayed and took all our orders, though I could tell they were shutting down. This wouldn't happen in many places... we would have been turned away. Thanks girls!”

“Edited to 5 ⭐️ 3/27/23. After contacting customer service, I was contacted swiftly and found out it was totally user error on my part. The agent was very professional and ensured me that their customer service team is pretty solid! Thanks, Janet!! ————- I decided to give the company another try because the product surpasses the others that I’ve tried. Unfortunately, I tried logging into the app and it said I wasn’t an active Rebel with a number to call. I logged into my account on Shopify and my subscription is still active. Again, the app and Shopify are not talking to each other. Additionally, it’s after 10pm on a Sunday. Providing a customer with only 1 method to access their account is inconvenient. The reset password button works perfect so I was able to reset it and do an emergency test. I emailed, texted, and left a voicemail. I’ll update once I hear back. —————————- This review is solely based on my experience with their systems/customer service. The product itself is convenient and innovative. There seems to be 2 different sites. 1 where you can purchase the kit and another one for the subscription (Shopify). The two do not talk to each other. I contacted support in the app to cancel my subscription and nothing happened. In the meantime, I get charged again BUT I never received another shipment. I was told the subscription is automatic regardless of whether you place an order. I thought the you get a new order every time you are charged. Not the case. I was finally able to cancel my subscription AND they still charged me a month later! How is this even a thing? I received the cancellation email on September 19th and was charged on October 5th. Every time I tried to chat after I got off of work, they were offline. So I woke up this morning to try and catch them before work and no one is responding. There’s no auto message that tells you that you are in queue or that they’re offline or anything. It’s just blank. For these reasons I don’t recommend this product. At least not if they stick with their broken subscription model. Their customer journey needs serious revamping. If they put their product in stores, I’d gladly purchase , but their customer service and systems are lacking.”

“Thank you Dr. Grau and staff! Dr. Grau was nothing short than amazing! His staff were so friendly and welcoming. He’s off on Fridays but he made an exception for my mom as she was in a lot of pain and had already gone through three rounds of antibiotics to treat the infection in her tooth to no avail. He was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. His clinic was a little out of the way for us, but you bet I’ll make that drive the next time I or someone close to me needs a root canal. I stand for knowledgeable, friendly, professional care and Dr. Grau very much exceeded that. Thank you, Dr. Grau!”

“When I first visited Dr. Erin, I had a back that kept going out, some shoulder/neck stiffness, allergies and lack of energy. She started working on the most critical issues first and over the past year, my back is now stable, my shoulder/neck stiffness is gone, my allergies and inflammation have been significantly reduced by modifying my diet and I have more energy than I have had in years! “Came here as a juvenile for 8 days until I was transported to Lino Lakes. The staff were kind and didn't white knight all the time. There was a decent selection of books however I would've liked to see fewer children's books. The visiting times for family members was strange and the wait was long even if the room was empty. The food is decent with a nice variety however some of the meals seemed to be thrown together using the leftovers in a fridge. The 3 meals a day with a snack at about 9pm was more than sufficient. Really the only thing I didn't like was the food being cold sometimes. Overall, not too bad. P.S. If you have a chance to talk to the short Asian staff member there he's pretty cool. Served in the Army for 8 years as Infantry.”

“Being a frequent used car buyer, I can say Tom and Corey are wonderful! I will never go anywhere else. They delivered fair prices, and even negotiated during a price surge for vehicles. Not only am I grateful to have found the car but to find genuine people who want to give the best service they can. Tom even mentioned bringing the car back if anything happened in the following weeks and he would get it tep repaired for free. I contacted Walser Bloomington Toyota, and they would not even negotiate on pricing for a 2WD version of this vehicle with only 3,000 miles less. I just called at 10pm to just make sure my plates hasn’t been delivered yet and they answered. Disregard any previous owners, Tom and his staff go the mile. My husbands next car will be from this company as long as Tom is the owner!”
