I was met at the door by someone who checked my temperature; there were widely spaced chairs in the waiting room where I sat for less than five minutes before going into the exam room. My procedure was on time and very effective. These folks are professionals and the administrative support from Carrie is outstanding. “I cannot recommend this place enough! I went to a local orthopedic doctor who ordered and MRI, and their office gave me a call right away to schedule. Having had experiences in the past where costs weren't clearly conveyed and I ended up paying something upfront and got billed more later, I spoke with them and my insurance and they said it would be $829 even with my insurance. I decided to call around a bit, and in speaking with Smart Choice MRI, the Woodbury location, they went through my insurance plan, my location, fastest day to get me in etc. and they quoted less than half of the other location due to my insurance! They said they would need to be sure with insurance, but would let me know before doing the test so there couldn't be any hidden fees (shout out to Alyssa!) Then, the day of I came in to the office, the intake person, (I think her name was Alisha but I can't remember) was awesome, super efficient and nice! Then my tech Nicole was incredibly funny, nice and kind and kept the experience upbeat and went quickly. It cost less than half of other places, the staff was efficient and friendly and no hidden fees! Also the equipment was new and clean and you get to listen to music :) If you have to get an MRI, definitely do it here!!”

“I found the staff at Landmark Surgical Center St. Paul to be very helpful and professional. Shortly after I arrived, I was getting prepped for surgery and I was given all the information I wanted about the procedure. My doctor answered all my questions and the procedure went very smoothly. Afterward staff went over what my home care would require and the doctor stopped in and checked to see if I had any further concerns. The only flaw I experienced was the poor information on how to find their office and how/where to park.”

“Update 11/13/2021 - Still a great hotel with exceptional service - Melvin at check in was quick to greet when coming in, very engaging during the check in process and even offered a bottle of water. Bistro is still closed - will be open soon. Courtyard Hotels are by far the best hotels for business travelers. The focus on the lobby with seating areas are always well done. ------- Love staying at Courtyard. No "free" breakfast - but if you knew where those come from and how they were prepared, you would agree.”

The pumps are supposed to do contactless pay but not all the pumps actually work with my contactless Costco credit card. And yes it does work contactless in the store.
