It felt like we had all known each other for years. The entire group was working above and beyond to make sure the funeral experience was as smooth as could be. Pastor Dan was a phenomenal preacher, the luncheon group was top notch, and the choir did a beautiful job. I would recommend anyone to go to church here on a Sunday because of the welcome and comforting atmosphere.”

But I had a great experience here and told myself if the vehicle didn't develop new or hidden issues (or did), I would leave a review.. They had the type of vehicle I had been looking for and it was a great price. I showed up and inspected the vehicle and went for a test drive. The gentleman (Chris maybe?) was helpful in answering my questions about the vehicle and helping me with the paperwork. The staff that I spoke with were not overly friendly, which doesn't matter to me, I didn't go there to make friends, I went to buy a car and don't need convincing. I have had the vehicle for almost a year now with no issues. I did not feel that they were "trying to pull one over on me" at any time. I do have mechanical knowledge and researched this vehicle in advance. I feel like other reviewers are expecting too much from a used car dealership. Do your research, have the vehicle inspected, and realize that you are buying a used car from a used car dealer, and they aren't going to bend over backwards for you.”

I would recommend ROVE in general for any bug/rodent problems. I had a mouse problem and they were out originally when promised, the technician explained everything he did at the time and steps I could take to improve the situation as well. They have been great about coming out at the agreed upon scheduled intervals, took time to ask about questions and concerns, and detailing what work had been completed each time.”
