The net cost was zero because it was something GMC had a recall on, and they washed and vacuumed the car on top of that. Mike, our service person was very friendly and helpful. “My whole vaccine experience was great. Signage to get to the closest parking lot was easily visible. Footprints leading to the site assured 6 feet of distance. Outside students were very pleasant and kept things moving appropriately. State of the art temperature scanner greeted me at the door. After getting in the building all students knew their roles and responsibilities at each station stop. Vaccine was quickly given and waiting area was clean. “This place has AMAZING customer service. We had placed an order that ended up being 30ish minutes late. This wasn’t a big deal to us and our food wasn’t even cold or anything when we got it. No complaints or anything were made, as I know how short businesses are currently, and the roads weren’t the greatest that night. Not only did we get a phone call the very next day of them personally apologizing for being late, but they also mailed a coupon as well as an apology. I highly recommend giving this business your business. Not only do they have AMAZING deep dish pizza and pizza fries, they have amazing customer service and care about their customers. Classrooms have multiple co-teachers and are set up family-style so all kids participate in Spanish, art, music, physical fitness, etc. We've been to other centers but we are glad we found KBH. We can't recommend it any more highly! DailyConnect is used for updates and communications, so we never miss a beat. I also strongly appreciate that they require vaccination and don't allow exemptions for any reason. It's one of the primary reasons we chose KBH over other schools like Primrose.”
