“I brought my newly acquired 2006 Road King in to have new handlebars installed. The team went over my bike with a fine-tooth comb. They inspected every inch and made some adjustments and recommendations. They were very thorough throughout the whole process, including measuring everything out with me sitting on the bike to get the exact handlebars I needed. Full cable replacements were installed since the new bars were a decent bit taller. They were very up front about everything that was needed, and what wasn't, and the associated costs. The whole experience was very professional and transparent. The cost was reasonable for the work being performed. If the need arises, I will absolutely be returning here for further work on my bike.”

“We stopped for gas here today. It’s a bit off the interstate but the last time we stopped here (a year ago), we needed a new wiper blade and the fellow installed it for us. You don’t often get that kind of service anymore. Anyway, today we just needed gas. I needed to use the ladies room and was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean. The woman working at the counter is very friendly and pointed out they had just received a supply of fresh donuts. Definitely will stop here again next time we are passing through.”

“I dropped my Subaru off after hours at Albertville Car Care Center after having been towed from i94 eastbound because three of my lug studs sheared off. I called at 7:30 am the next morning to make sure they got my car, explained that I really needed to get to La Crosse, WI the next day for my girlfriend's 21st birthday, and they had my car ready before 9:30 am. PLUS, they wouldn't even accept a tip from me. I cannot recommend these guys more for any repair needs around the Albertville, MN area. THANK YOU Joe”

“Lucas did 3 of our cars in his visit (a total of 4 dings and a crease). Before he started, he explained what the expected outcome of each would be. Lucas did a phenomenal job. I didn’t think the crease would come out, but it did. He had to remove a tail light on our summer car to get better access. Lucas knows what he’s doing and his enthusiasm shows. Hopefully I don’t have to have dents removed again, but when I do, it will be Lucas. Highly recommended.”

“All hope was lost, I had it towed by two wheel towing. They were referred by r & b. Well done great price and service. I got the dreaded call and w.o.w. under 200.00 my new hero's. Thank you russ. And staff! c50 2007 Suzuki boulevard that sounded like scrap when trying to start it suddenly, actually overnight heart breaking. It will be ok now so relieved! I just had to say this, very happy.
