“I brought my newly acquired 2006 Road King in to have new handlebars installed. The team went over my bike with a fine-tooth comb. They inspected every inch and made some adjustments and recommendations. They were very thorough throughout the whole process, including measuring everything out with me sitting on the bike to get the exact handlebars I needed. Full cable replacements were installed since the new bars were a decent bit taller. They were very up front about everything that was needed, and what wasn't, and the associated costs. The whole experience was very professional and transparent. The cost was reasonable for the work being performed. If the need arises, I will absolutely be returning here for further work on my bike.”

“Always love their products! Candles and wallflower scents are amazing. Lasting and the throw of scent is quite impressive. My go to is the wallflowers, 3 wick candles, hand sanitizers and hand soaps! Only downside is scents can be seasonal so they aren't always available year round, or worst yet they are removed forever.”

“I just came to this speedway and got gas and went to use the car wash. AS we all know when computers can go wrong they do. It charged me for my wash then the system didn't acknowledge me. I'm lucky chris helped me. He was very polite and helpful. He went through the process with me and made a difference in my day just being a genuinely great person. I used to manage a speedwayand employees like him are what makes the difference to these stores. He is a 5 star employee. “We interviewed basically every pool company in the 4 county metro area before selecting Nassau. Not only was Nassau the easiest to work with, they were highly available for questions. An inground pool is a huge expense and we were treated like valued customers from start to finish. Where other pool companies would struggle to even return calls, I had a prompt reply with in the same day from Nassau. Where other companies would lay on the sales pressure with high prices and unnecessary add on items, Nassau recommended a complete package and respected our wishes for lay out and accessories. As they told me multiple times, "Hey, it's your pool. It should be what you want". Skip the other pool companies and just call Nassau, they really are the best. Nassau pools did a fantastic job installing our new pool in September 2021. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the planning, including working with the city on a tricky easement issue, but they were so careful of my home and yard. Our construction manager Jeff was so knowledgeable, not just on what pool equipment, liner and cover we needed, but on the best placement for our concrete decking etc. We have an absolutely beautiful pool we LOVE to use and are so grateful for Jeff and the crew for all they did for us. We are also using their pool maintenance service and they do an excellent job keeping the pool clean and balanced.”

“We stopped for gas here today. It’s a bit off the interstate but the last time we stopped here (a year ago), we needed a new wiper blade and the fellow installed it for us. You don’t often get that kind of service anymore. Anyway, today we just needed gas. I needed to use the ladies room and was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean. The woman working at the counter is very friendly and pointed out they had just received a supply of fresh donuts. Definitely will stop here again next time we are passing through.”
