“LaMettry's Richfield performed excellent work on my Audi. An uninsured driver sideswiped me in July, and I wasn't sure a repair would get it into the shape it was. All I can say is, the quality of the repair is excellent, and I'm pretty pleased with the results. I was thinking I would dump/sell the car after this incident, but it was repaired nicely so I think it's worth keeping. The only thing I could say there would be potential to complain about is the quality of the finish on the wheel repair. However, I haven't brought this up at all and I'm confident that if it does bug me enough to ask them about it, they'll find a way to take care of it. Excellent communication from this team as well, all through the process.”

“Had a crack in my windshield, my sister in law is our insurance lady, she noticed, said it was super easy to handle, and filed the claim. Asked where we wanted it done and had said Ryan Glass will come to us. Within ten minutes of her telling us the claim was filed, they called to set up the appt, and here we are two days later with a fixed windshield. “After leaving a review expressing dissatisfaction with the detailing of a used vehicle I purchased I was promptly contacted by Justin, the manager of Morries Mazda. He was quick to assure me that they would correct the cleaning and missed paint spots that were originally supposed to be done before pickup. I was given a loaner free of charge for 3 days while they worked on my car and I am very happy with the results. You can see the before and after in the photos and the great work that was done, keep in mind I only asked for touch up paint to prevent rust. They went above and beyond and cleaned the interior and replaced a damaged trim piece free of charge. Justin was very courteous and respectful and stuck to his word on what could be done. If not for his sincere apology and understanding of my frustration with some other aspects of the experience I would not have been willing to return to this dealership, but now that I know they will stand behind their word and right wrongs they have earned a 5 star review. If you can, ask for Clay from sales as he is prompt and very helpful!”

“I brought my newly acquired 2006 Road King in to have new handlebars installed. The team went over my bike with a fine-tooth comb. They inspected every inch and made some adjustments and recommendations. They were very thorough throughout the whole process, including measuring everything out with me sitting on the bike to get the exact handlebars I needed. Full cable replacements were installed since the new bars were a decent bit taller. They were very up front about everything that was needed, and what wasn't, and the associated costs. The whole experience was very professional and transparent. The cost was reasonable for the work being performed. If the need arises, I will absolutely be returning here for further work on my bike.”

They were individually attentive to my needs, knew me by name any time I called and were very familiar with my hail damage insurance claim, helping me through every step of the way. While my car did end up being totaled, they were very transparent with the costs that would be needed to fix the car (which were roughly 4x the estimate I was given by State Farm's virtual appraiser), and did not pressure me on whether to fix the car while I waited for the claim to be processed and find out whether or not it would be totaled.
