Even with 3 kiddos under age 3, our experience was smooth, simple, and fun. All of the staff was patient and understanding with our hurricane of children. They explained each step of the process and made it silly and interactive for my little one. The environment was inviting and calming, the staff was amazing, and we’re already scheduled to return for my other two kiddos in a couple of weeks (which usually takes FOREVER with specialty practices like this one)!”

“6pm 07/05/22 - Was attended by a young woman there. She was quick with helping us trade in my wife's phone for a new one. The quickest we've experienced at a phone store to the past. So we we're very happy with that. But a couple of comments: 1. The sales person seemed quite distracted by her own phone. To the point that it seemed like we were interrupting her than her helping us. 2. We were never offered any insurance coverage on the new phone. I believe she may even forgot to ask. But all in all it wasn't a bad experience. But this sales person needs to be more in focus with customer when helping them and leave personal phone activities away when no customers are there.
