“I was able to get in quick and have a chest X-ray and strep test done after a virtual visit from a different service suggested i might have pneumonia. Staff was very quick and casual, got straight to the point. They had all my insurance info pulled in even though I'd never been here. The online form rendered odd on mobile (it was halfway between info screens after the 3rd slide). They offered snacks and a blanket while I waited for my results. I was fortunate to get in very quickly which was a big plus. No idea what the bill will be but in this day and age they're all way too much.”

“Honestly, I get tired of seeing so many bad reviews about The Urgency Room. My family has always had positive experiences here and in Eagan. After being quoted a 4 hour wait elsewhere, I chose to drive across town and go here to pay out-of-network. I’m glad they offer mobile registration and text message notifications so you can wait in your car during busy times. I certainly don’t want to be surrounded by 20+ people coughing their lungs up. Triage was quick, the nurse promptly swabbed for various viruses, the Doctor showed up to ask more questions and offer a quick eval while awaiting test results. Once they knew what was going on, they administered meds on the spot. Even giving a few options. Anywhere else you go, you are sent away with a script to wait again for meds. Unlike many other ‘urgent care’ facilities, they seem to scale their care better when times get very busy. Positive experience end-to-end, despite there being so many people sick right now. Be kind to our healthcare workers. Times are excruciatingly busy and challenging for them 24/7.”

“I just had my third baby at Northfield and it was the best experience I could've imagined! During my prenatal care I met with a couple OBs, and ultimately decided to be seen by the midwife, Jessica, who is wonderful. Everyone was great, though! The staff at the birth center couldn't have been more kind, caring, and all around a great birth team. I had a water birth and it was truly a one of a kind experience. I can't thank the team at Northfield enough, I wish I could have had all my babies here!”

Haddie, Freesia, Evelyn (nurse), RA Matt, RA Larry and many other health care providers provided compassionate, loving care for our mom and guidance for her family throughout her 24 day stay there (7/23 - 8/16 2022). Our mom had the additional obstacle of a trach unit for breathing, for which they provided the proper care needed. We truly felt they cared for our mom’s well being. They listened carefully and were very responsive to all of our needs and questions. We highly recommend Regency Hospital for your loved one’s care.”

“Feel like I'm in good hands. The staffs are very attentive, they come check on you and talk with you, making sure you are comfortable. The room is more like a private suite with heated working chairs, big tv, nicely decorated space. The staff are close by so if anything happens, one of them will come by to check on you. They listens to how you've been feeling to adjust how much fluid to pull or not to pull. All the staffs should get a raise, they are doing a very good job.”
