“We’ve lived in the community for a little over a year now. And when we moved in there was a lot to be improved and the manager that was here didn’t take care of the property that much. But since the new manager Nathan took over it’s more of a family based park and that is exactly why we moved here. Perfect park to raise your family! We love his park and all of its gorgeous features that the manager keeps up on! Nice job Nate keep up the great work!”

“Helped my father move into his new home here. This appears to be one of the least "trailer trashy" of trailer parks in the metro, it actually has a nice curb appeal. They do have many rules in place for a reason. They're also diligent on screening perspective residents. The neighbors seem friendly (although nosey). Most homes are newer in this park, one of the perks of this type of housing is affordability, and no property tax.”

“I’ve lived here with my dad since I was 3 1/2 years old and it’s actually a great environment. No, it’s not a rich people place by any means and it’s not the most attractive place, but it is an extremely safe neighborhood. I’ve been here 15 years and not once has anything been stolen, broken or vandalized by anyone. These other people leaving bad reviews are wrong about this place. Like I said, it’s not pretty by any means but there’s some great people in here and on my block we all take care of each other. Although, I do agree with the pothole comments. It’s ridiculous on some streets. Don’t drive any nice cars through here lol. You’ll regret it. Other than that, it’s really not bad. Looks can be deceiving but I promise it’s not bad. I grew up here. Everyone also keeps to themselves here. You’ll only be bothered if you’re doing the bothering. Cheers!”

“I have lived here my entire life (20 years) and absolutely love it! The current manager, Brandon, is so kind and helpful. We had our pipes freeze from the cold and he stayed with us until our water came back on. He also hosts different community events that are very thoughtful and gives our neighborhood a very homey feel.”

I made an appointment with Dr. Hannah and she adjusted and reprogrammed the same aides and what a difference. Wish I had visited her years ago. “The roads inside Park Estates are bad. Plowed but slippery in spots. Their hired plow person plows the bottom of driveways where the driveways were already cleared by the owner. Most of these people are seniors. Some not in good health. And some have good neighbors that help and some don't.”
