Sara informed us that the unit that was assigned to us online had issues with ice buildup so she was switching us to a different unit. She automatically ensured that the $1 first month and price special that we reserved online was honored, despite the new unit being a higher cost in the system. I greatly appreciated her taking the time for that. The facility is clean and well kept up with. We saw Sara walking around outside looking for and picking up any trash on the property. Overall, very happy with our experience.”

“My husband and I had our boat trailer with the boat on it towed there after the wheel bearing broke on one of the tires on 35W! We were headed up north for the 4th of July weekend and needed to find someone to fix it that night, if possible. We were not from that area so had no clue where to go. They did it on the spot and fixed both tires! The dad and son were very kind and we appreciated their help tremendously. I would highly recommend them and would definitely go back there.”

“Entrance is off of Highway 65. Pull up to guard shack, its a tall one so you can stay in truck. No ID required, just hand guard BOLs, after if a live load, you'll go around building park by lot A near pallets. Drop trailer, park in A1-8. Walk to receiving door, its a little walk. Go inside, ring bell, hand all BOL and parking sheets to lady. Give them your cell number. Once done, they will call you. They do have public restrooms and a driver lounge. In-house guys will dock your trailer and pull it out once done. Nice folks at guard shack and receiving. Unloading time I'm not sure as this review is right away, but would come back again.”
