“The greatest place i have ever been. I originally went to European wax but when i realized that i could drive 2 hours rather than 2 1/2, i figured that I try it out. Ashley has the greatest advice and service ever! My boyfriend also went and got his beard wax by someone locally because we didn’t want to drive 2 hours, and she actually burned the side of his face with soft wax. I immediately thought to text Ashley and she walked me through every step needed to heal his burn and she still took the time to wax him that same day. She’s so sweet and professional! “A squirrel shorted out power to all of our city, couldn't cook so we went to Applebee's in Clarksville for dinner to wait out the estimated time before the power came back on. This turned out to be a great decision and experience. Our friendly waiter was very helpful letting us know which items were out of stock and what items were popular and tasty. We got the Bourbon St Chicken, 3 Cheese Chicken Penne and Captain Bahama Mama. Everything was great, prices were fair, no complaints from us.”

“If you have rims that extend outside of your tire width or even the same size. You will eventually get scratches on them. The last guide seems to use metal for the wheel guide option and they WILL hit your rims. I don't think this is something they can fix locally as it's a prebuilt machine. With that said, you can ask the person spraying your car to turn off the wheel cleaning function when you drive in. My last complaint is the cleanliness of the pads they use. I've been there for months and enjoyed everything minus the tire cleaning system. "I realized my rims were getting dinged up." I went through today and have a small dent and a line of scratches going across my roof. I drive a BMW with aftermarket parts so I understand it's not one size fits all. Even with 3/5 stars I still highly recommend this place for most people. I think the rim problem is more for low profile tires and is not an issue for most people. The employees are amazing and friendly every time I've been. The vacuums have good pressure compared to competitors in the area. My original review was a 4/5 due to the rims, but it dropped after the small dent and scratches today. I thinks it's universal to hate making an insurance claim.”

“I needed tire service to either repair a flat or to buy a new tire. While Honda Auto Nation at Hks Crss couldn't see me until 6/22 (🥴) Sam's was willing to see me today at 8am (6/10). However, a busy week if appointments would not allow the delayed service. I appreciate the effort to see me though. It keeps Sam's Club HIGH on my list of places to shop. I was seen by Autonation on Covington Pike yesterday (following my Dr. appt) around 12:30. I bought 2 new tires and had my brakes flushed. Good customer relations in any business have their benefits. I appreciate Sam's for the effort. I got more from them, (by agreeing to see me 2 days later and unsure they'd have a tire for my car in stock) than the Walmart or Honda service center closest to me. Thanks Sam's Club Tire...you get 5 stars for your willingness to assist. 👍💞”
