“I needed tire service to either repair a flat or to buy a new tire. While Honda Auto Nation at Hks Crss couldn't see me until 6/22 (🥴) Sam's was willing to see me today at 8am (6/10). However, a busy week if appointments would not allow the delayed service. I appreciate the effort to see me though. It keeps Sam's Club HIGH on my list of places to shop. I was seen by Autonation on Covington Pike yesterday (following my Dr. appt) around 12:30. I bought 2 new tires and had my brakes flushed. Good customer relations in any business have their benefits. I appreciate Sam's for the effort. I got more from them, (by agreeing to see me 2 days later and unsure they'd have a tire for my car in stock) than the Walmart or Honda service center closest to me. Thanks Sam's Club Tire...you get 5 stars for your willingness to assist. 👍💞”

“I had a very pleasant experience here with a young man named Adam holding down the fort one night. He was extremely busy making sandiwiches and running the front register and dealing with difficult customers complaining about old cigarettes with grace and a smile, helping people find things- At one point there were about 15 people in the store and never at one point did anyone complain that it was taking too long. I actually was the woman who was complaining about the old cigarettes and I asked to get them at half price and he gave them to me for that. He excuded legendary customer service- which is RARE to find in any gas station, or job for that matter. The one thing I was disappointed about was that they did not carry my brand of e-cigarettes (being that it was my last night smoking and I was transferring over) The brand was Logic. I told him why it is a superior brand and he said he would look into getting some. I will be going out of my way to purchase my gas there, and if they do get the Logic cigarettes, I will buy all of my e-cigarettes from them.”

“For the last 8 years or so our home had needed to be painted. The paint was falling off and the wood was rotting underneath. I frankly had gotten too busy, too lazy, and then too old and tired to deal with it. It was a problem too big for me to handle now. And my wife didn’t want me up on that ladder. I contacted a painter, and after he came out he let me know the wood work would need to be completed first. He gave me several names to contact, and I settled on Hammer Time Handyman Services. I called Mark Dahlgren, who came out with a crew and did a thorough professional job of replacing only what needed to be replaced. They were always on time, did a thorough and quick job, were courteous and affordable. I was most impressed with the quality of their work and will be sure to use them again. Here is a picture of the work after they were done, before the painting. As you can probably tell, there was a lot to repair and they kept me informed with each stage of the work. Now that the repair and painting is done, we essentially have a new home, at least on the outside.”
