“My friend and I were fortunate to book rooms at Mari’s this fall. Being avid quilters, we planned to enjoy spending the night just 2-3 blocks away from Missouri Star. What we didn’t plan for was the warm welcome we received from Mari & Ron, their excellent knowledge of the area & the beautiful breakfast. “We had a group of 11 for a sewing retreat. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware for a group of our size! The three bathrooms were very helpful and well placed for the bedrooms and the sewing room. We had one issue with heat in the basement (We were the first winter weather group to be there) and had assistance and correction of the issue within the hour! They were awesome to work with for planning, quick to respond to questions and generally accommodating and helpful! Would definitely stay again!”

“The room we stayed in was very cute and clean. It had everything you would get a normal hotel place but the owner met you on your way in and she was so polite and sweet. We only stayed a night and it was chilly but the place had proper heating. It was a wonderful stay will definitely book again.”
