From the storefront I expected the inside to be rather small, but was pleasantly surprised at how large the inside was. They also have quite the selection of items for sale. “I'm surprised at other reviews. We had nothing but excellent service. In February of 2018 we were planning to put our house on the market but first needed to replace the dishwasher. My brother recommended we go with the Bosch brand and said they'd purchased their's from Factory Direct. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and offered information on the differences between models. When we told him our plan he even offered a lower-priced model. We discussed models with soft food disposer (which our current model had) and he indicated that sometimes the filters get clogged which results in not washing properly. We decided to go home and check ours before committing to the purchase. No worries from the salesman. When we determined that we did need to purchase a new dishwasher we called him up and placed the order over the phone. Installation was on time and completed with respect for our property. The experience was so positive that we've ordered the same washer from Factory Direct Appliance for our new home. I highly recommend them!”
