“I had a bridesmaid dress that I was ready to sell cleaned at Ida's. Usually, I go to another dry cleaner, but opted for Ida's because they were able to have the item ready two days earlier. The dress was ready when I arrived and they did a great job, but the cost was nearly double what I've paid in the past for cleaning on formal dresses - granted I didn't ask when I dropped it off as I never anticipated it'd be so high. I will probably stick with what I know next time, but if you're in a time crunch and money is not a problem, this place will get the job done.”

“We have used Musser’s for a long time, at several houses. They always have done an A-1 Job! Evan has done the cleaning the last 2-3 times. We have always thought well of the technicians who have come. But I must give special credit to Evan. He is professional and also friendly. He listens to your concerns about your carpet. He then addresses them in earnest. Our carpet is the original carpet when the house was built approx. 14 yrs ago. It is getting near time to replace. “The facility may be a little old but the owners usually keep it clean. This is a mom and pop laundromat and I prefer to do business with them instead of a chain store. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I'm disabled and they constantly go out of their way to help me. I can't count how many times they have helped me to my car with all my stuff. Also, every 13th wash load is free. Keep up the good work you guys!”
