Robert, the tech, called the next morning at 8:30 and said he would be at my home within the hour. He arrived within that timeframe and assesed the repairs needed. He informed me of every step and wrapped up the repair in 45 minutes. The tech, Robert, was professional and courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate to use them again based on this experience.”

“Me and my husband have had the great pleasure of being Jeff's patients for years. He was able to correctly diagnose my husband with keratoconis and referred him to an excellent surgeon. He is was meticulous with my eye exam during my appointment today. He was patient with me as I struggle to wear glasses or contacts. He was generous and ordered extra trial contacts for me. There is street parking right out front and a lot across the street. The new office (he was at Laferla Family Eyecare) in North Kansas City has a modern industrial design. I think anyone who is looking for great eye care needs to check him out!”

“The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The boneless chicken wings had a nice crunch to them, but there was not enough BBQ sauce on them. The cocktail was refreshing but there was a noticeable absence of much alcohol, so it was mostly lemonade. Our pizza was tasty, but I had two issues with it. First, the middle of the pizza was super greasy so the crust underneath was no longer crispy. Lastly, the price for our pizza was $26! Even fancy restaurants that serve brick oven pizza do not charge this much. The pizza was tasty, but not $26 tasty.”
