“Very interesting self guided tour through the museum. The inside of the home was not open to tour just peer through windows and doors. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions.Nicely stocked souvenir shop in museum building.”

“Kind of a disappointing place. A very small Museum. You can tell from the building that this used to be a very luxurious place in the past. Right now it is mostly a city hall and municipal offices. the main room that is the Hall of waters is still kind of need to look at, you can tell it was very fancy and it's day. I suppose there isn't enough traffic anymore to keep this place as nice as it should be. The bottom is completely blocked off from access. Apparently two stories down there's an old pool that hasn't been used in over 25 years. It must have been very luxurious and it's day also. Really not much to look at here, but it is worth a stop.”

“Really an interesting place. Didn't do tour, just looked at house. The staff was great even though we didn't take tour (we were there late and didn't want to pay for such a short time). After overhearing parts of tour, no doubt, I would take it next time.”

“Nice little park with beautiful wild flower meadows. Should have asked if they need volunteers because the trails and areas could use some maintenance. It's worth a visit though.”

“Architecturally magnificent. A pure joy to take in and admire the ability of man to create such prominent structures. Take a walk along the top or skip rocks at the base...either way you won't be disappointed.”

“The grounds and historical buildings are well maintained and the park holds several different events throughout the year. Went during their trick or treating event and thought the volunteers did a wonderful job. Several living historians on site along with members from a local boy scout troop handing out candy.”

“They have a real working garden filled with heirloom plants. The garden is worked by local MU Extension Master Gardeners who are eager to answer gardening questions. The house was interesting and our tour guide gave us many historical tidbits. Quite a few hands-on activities so it's great place to visit for kids too. They also sell fantastic honey that comes from bees on the property. A great free Saturday afternoon activity.”

“This was a wonderful find in Kansas City, which is located inside the Signature Air terminal. We were looking for something to do on a nice afternoon and this was a great place to spend a few hours. There are some really cool artifacts and TWA memorabilia here. We were lucky when we took this tour on a Saturday afternoon, because our guide was a retired TWA mechanic and he was very knowledgeable about the history of the company and items on display”

“This attraction is a great way to spend a couple of hours while in Kansas City. The tour gives you some information about some of the earlier TWA planes, as well as history of the airport, and you get to walk through a Connie and another plane they have on display. Our tour guide was really knowledgeable and provided a great experience. If you have the time, stop by and take in this museum and support their preservation and restorations efforts.”
