“So I was originally just calling around to nearby places for pricing On a wheel alignment. MD had one of the lowest prices online but what I've learned is There's usually more to that low low price ( The majority of the other places I called would tell me oh that price that we advertise is just a starting price- you said your car actually has four wheels. The advertised price is our three wheel car price so there will be an upcharge for this and that.. Not exactly but you get it😉) When I called in and spoke with Tyler He made it very clear that that The low price I saw advertise was indeed the price, no bogus UPCHARGES. So I just decided I was done calling around and was hoping I could get in within a couple of days or so. Tyler Informed me if I brought my car in ASAP he could most likely get it finished that very day! So of course ASAP for me ended up being 2-3 hours later. So when I finally got to the shop, I wasn't surprised or disappointed with them telling me that it would most likely be tomorrow before they could complete the job. After dropping my car off I got a phone call maybe two hours later telling me my car was ready to be picked up! I was thrilled! Steve helped me when I came to pick it up and he was friendly And explained everything fully. There was no change to the price that I was originally quoted (shocker!!🙃) One of the techs even came out to help me with a TPMS issue in the parking lot before they sent me off! I would highly recommend these guys. After a lot of searching I think I found my new mechanic.”

From checking in, to intake, to seeing Dr. Metger, to their store, all the way to billing - it is phenomenal. I just got off the phone with the lovely lady at the desk and if the rest of their services didn't make me glad to pay my bill, she alone would. She is so sweet and always a pleasure to talk to. “I have various reasons why I'm giving Plumbers 911 5 stars. A few months ago, my kitchen had a clogging issue which I discovered during, no less, dinner. Called a different contractor but they told me that help won't arrive until 8:30PM, which was way too late for an emergency so I called Plumbers 911 and they sent me a team in less than an hour. I don't know, maybe their quarters in Chicago were stationed nearby? Maybe. The serviceman Leo immediately gave his recommendations and upon approval, went on to fix my clogged drain in the kitchen. Not only that, he also gave me tips on plumbing maintenance and how I should no it regularly, not for additional money, but for me to save on more expensive expenses. I never want to have anything like this happen in the future, but I'm giving them a 5-star rate for their top notch service.”
