“I can not say enough thanks to the team at Banfield. Shanna is my favorite. Her and the docs are the only reason I stay. Although they have had some team concerns, having Shanna move up was the best decision they made since I've been going there. They've been there through some tough times with my doggie kiddos. One of my dogs has a social issue and very scared. My dogs love Shanna. They go right to her. She is such a good spirit, even the kiddos can pick up on it. They may be busy at times but try everything they can to get them in and if it's an emergency those kiddos go first. Top Notch Team. Keep it up guys!”

“A year ago when my husband's and I's dog was going through heart failure, they did everything they could to make her as comfortable as possible, called and checked on her every other day, and when she did pass, they sent us a card signed by ALL staff. (They made it feel like they were going through the loss with you) Now when we go in with our new additions to the family, they greet them both like they are their own. The Doctors are amazing and so are the techs. I cannot say enough good things about this place!”

“We only visited this vet once with our very sick cat. They didn't have any appointments open but said we could drop him off and some one would look at him when they could. We waited just a bit and we're surprised to be seen by a vet. We got very bad news, but the vet was kind, and informative. Our cat was very sick and the vet called and talked to Blue Pearl, and relayed information he has said probably wasn't relevant. It ended up being relevant and it really made me feel good that even though he didn't think what I said was important he passed the info on anyway.”
