“I’ve been with this gym since it opened and absolutely love it! The equipment is great quality, the facility is clean, and it is quiet. The owner, Chidi, is an incredible trainer. I worked with him for 4 years and I’ve gained muscle, strength, endurance, and confidence in the gym. He emphasizes correct form to avoid injury, which I truly appreciate. He is also fair, kind, and highly conscientious! I drive 25 minutes to attend this gym and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The core boxing group classes are fun and an excellent workout- I love ending my days/starting my Saturdays with these classes! :)”

“Danielle was great! She read MRI report, reviewed questionnaire and had an in depth discussion with me prior to starting therapy to ensure we were aligned on history, issues and goals. Week in and week out we’ve established and worked toward attaining those goals both in the facility and as homework. Sessions and homework were progressively challenging without being unrealistic. My ultimate goal was to return to full yoga practice which has been achieved. The ARC facility was light and bright (and was being expanded) during my rehab and the other staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Danielle is fantastic and I will be able to use the exercises she gave me forever.”
