I later had a phone call from the owner checking in to make sure everything went smoothly and to see if I had any feedback since the site was brand new at the time. I greatly appreciated being able to voice my suggestions and genuinely felt that they were taken under consideration. As for the quality of the product? We purchased a small batch of the basic shirts to use as work shirts and they came out perfectly. The print on the shirts has lasted through multiple wash and tough abuse.
