She took the time to explain things, listened to my health issues and was thorough in telling me the next steps, etc. Their office staff was also very kind, and Avia (who took my vitals, etc.) is a gem! So sweet and pleasant. They better hold on to her or someone else will steal her. Again, great staff and wonderful experience. “I've lived here long enough to renew my lease and its the best home I've rented in nearly 10 years. Rules are enforced and I love that. If it was not strict, it would not look as nice as it does. You get what you pay for 100%. I even got a new tree planted in my yard, the main road was recently repaved, lawns stay mowed, snow gets plowed. Those things matter. Sure, kids/teens roam the neighborhood, but that's just what they do no matter where you live. The office is responsive & personal - I've never had any issue with them. In fact, they've gone above and beyond nearly every time including helping me pick a really nice home here.”
