“I would take the negative reviews lightly as every place has days where computers or phones crash. I’m having issues with meds with my PCP so I feel like med issues may be common? My overall experience from being worked with patiently to find the right provider to having pleasant interaction with staff to my provider appointment being completed.. I was pleased. I feel at ease getting my help here.”

“Dr. Anderson knows his pharmacology as good as any Psych I have been to. He is a skilled diagnostician as well, if provided with adequate info. He's helped our whole family, and is caring and a good listener. Only downside is it can be hard to get through to his office staff, so plan well in advance if you need refills. There's usually not too long of a wait in the waiting room. * 03\23\22 Updated on change is care and climate at this office. Covid impacted them to be sure, as it has in many businesses. With Dr. Anderson missing from the practice, (no fault of his own), never the less, patients were assigned to nurse practitioners. Our experience was horrible, due to the incompetence of our assigned practitioner, who was didn't have familiarity with a family of drugs that has been prescribed to the patient for years. She would not ask one of the other doctors in the practice. I was not allowed to transfer to another doctor in the practice. I was told by the practitioner to reduce a medication, but when I asked, (by how much and for how long), she didn't know. She told me to call a pharmacist and ask them. At the same time I and many other patients continued to have a great deal of difficulty getting their refills or even being able to get through on the phones. I spoke with the office administrator finally, asking what i had to do to make this system work for my families mental health? I tried everything to know end and was blocked in with that one practitioner. I even told the administrator about her telling me to call the pharmacist. I was polite but firm in asking for help to navigate a system that had been broken for over a year. I was offered a short list of other psychiatric practices around the area. Dr. Anderson was the backbone. He is a great man and brilliant doctor. He would be sad to know all of what's gone on in his absence. I hope the best for him, and the difficulties working with this practice are no reflection on him.”
