“We found Main Event after Googling things to do (the kids have been cooped in due to the snow). I never knew this place existed. We arrived and the staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. The first thing the kids wanted to do was the Gravity Ropes. We purchased tickets and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Tickets are reasonable, as well as prices for the arcade games. When we arrived in line at the Gravity Ropes, there was a rude woman complaining to your staff member, Mike. I wasn’t able to hear the conversation in depth, but from what I could gather, her children was not paying attention and missed the departure with their group. You have an excellent employee. He handled her complaint with tact, although he was not at fault. Being in customer service is difficult; especially when consumers appear to be more demanding now than ever. Great job, Mike. We will certainly be back !”

“This was a great, moderate hike. Very well maintained and partially paved. Plenty of nature to be seen. If you're just out for an easy hike make sure you stay on this trail. It links up with other trails that will quickly turn into unpaved, hilly, rustic and rocky trails. All the trails were well marked though. I personally went to explore and found some amazing spots off trail, because that's where life really happens 😉, but it's not for the faint of heart. Terrain was quite difficult in spots. Seen porta potties and a drinking fountain, but did not test functionality. Great family destination, plenty of room to run around. Picnic tables and grills. Pet friendly as long as they're leashed. Limited parking, but seemed like alot of turnover, so you probably wouldn't have to wait long for a spot. Overall, a great way to spend an afternoon.”

We had a rogue tech that was double billing us and repairing our equipment in HIS GARAGE when we thought it was being sent to the Henry Schein ProRepair. Once the company found out they made things right for us, and rebuilt our Autoclave that was damaged by this EXPERIENCED TECH of 18 years, for no charge. The owner was generous and professional, and I have no doubt I'll be back on my next quick stopover. Their meat is so perfectly seasoned and cooked; everything is fork tender. They also have good sales all the time. My favorite is when they sale watches around $50. They carry current styles for both women and men. In addition to watches they also sale purses and wallets and bags for both women and men. The staff is always friendly and professional. If you have questions or need guidance on selecting a style they are there to help you. My favorite part of this store/brand is their warranty. They protect your watches mechanical pieces and the watch itself is your proof of purchase. Which is great since you never have to track a receipt to get your watch repaired if needed. I would recommend this store and brand to anyone that loves watches.”
