Good place to hear God's word

Very beautiful church. Nice place to get married since the park is right across the street and they have a multipurpose room that can be used for a reception.

Everyone seem to be friendly and it seems to be a nice congregation. The church itself is beautiful and the singing is outstanding. I attended the worship service in the main auditorium. They also seem to be involved in a lot of mission work
However they don’t seem to be as progressive as some of the other churches nearby regarding women’s reproductive rights, same-sex couples etc. They seem to follow a strict Interpretation of the Bible which is a bit more conservative than most mainstream churches.
I really wanted to like this church as it is close to my house so it was a bit of a disappointment to learn that the church is not affirming or welcoming to same-sex couples and more open minded regarding a woman’s right to choose.
That being said if those beliefs align with yours this would probably be a great church for you as everyone was very friendly. I have nothing bad to say about them and everyone has the right to worship as they see fit just not the best fit for me
