If you’re looking for a location to receive physical therapy that you will feel supported and well-informed this is the place! The whole office and all the staff are upbeat and positive and work so well together. You can feel the positive vibes the moment you walk in and up until you leave. They will take good care of you.

Love the staff here. They greet you by name when you walk in the door and make you feel like part of the family. They are friendly professional and actually listen to the issues you have. Alexandra has been working with me on my back issues and actually studies to help find new therapies for me. Love love love them all!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Danielle, Laura, and (yes, even you) Josh 😂, as well as the students that Danielle takes under her wing. I pray no one ever needs physical therapy, but if you do, please go see these wonderful therapists. They will make healing from your injury as seamless as they can for you, and Danielle really takes the time to explain the why’s, not only to patients, but to her students as well. As both an athlete and a professional, I both listen and appreciate that. Most of all? They actually care. And that’s hard to find these days.

From my first appointment to my last, I've had an amazing PT experience at Advanced Training & Rehab Creve Coeur. To start, the office staff was so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate busy schedules or last-minute hiccups. Their hours of operation made it easy to go to work and then go to physical therapy during the week.

I first went to ATR Creve Coeur in July 2021 after I had a lateral ankle stabilization and peroneal tendon repair. The surgery included having 2 inches of excess muscle removed and resulted in me relearning how to walk due to muscle atrophy in the healing process. The therapists at ATR were there every step of the way. They celebrated the little victories of being able to slowly attempt running 5ks again but also comforted me through the setbacks when I re-injured my ankle on 2 separate occasions during my 11-month rehab journey.

My ankle has never been stronger and it is all thanks to the staff at ATR. Alexandra, Danielle, and Josh were instrumental in getting me where I needed to be to avoid injury in the future. They are so knowledgeable and personable with every patient they see. An extra big THANK YOU to Alexandra for helping trick my brain into realizing my ankle is actually strong and fully recovered.

While I hope I won't need physical therapy in the future, ATR Creve Coeur is the place I will be going should I need it. I highly recommend ATR Creve Coeur to anyone that needs physical therapy for any reason at all.

I had a wonderful experience at the Advanced Training and Rehab Creve Coeur location.

I first came to ATR when a doctor sent me after weeks of experiencing pain towards the outside of my knee.

I am an avid runner and cyclist and couldn’t comfortably run more than a couple of miles.

After consultations and a few sessions of trying to locate the exact source of my pain, Alexandra discovered that my injury was a deep hamstring strain.

Alexandra, as well as other team members, were consistently kind, professional, and prepared with a series of exercises for me. Alexandra also coached me along the way with recommendations to maintain my endurance and strength while recovering and limiting runs.

The front desk staff are amazing with scheduling and go out of their way to accommodate busy schedules.

While I hope to not require PT in the future to take care of injuries, I would not hesitate to call ATR Creve Coeur to help me get back to my workout routine.

Thank you to my PT Alexandra, and the entire ATR staff who assisted me through my injury and got me back to running!
