“Better than most and probably one of the best Walmarts in the Saint Louis area. I had no problem parking in a lot that was free of litter. Most of the cart corrals were empty and a guy was working to clear them. Inside the store, brightly lit. I had no problem shopping in the lunch meats and sliced cheese, everything well stocked. Automotive had the windshield fluid I needed. Most of the front of the store has been converted to self-checkout but there was still a queue. Win some, lose some. I'd shop here again.”

“The managers at the Back store in Frontenac plaza and the galleria are exceptional. They remember prior customers and treat them as family when we return. You are never left alone with your sale. If something is not right, John and Corrine will do whatever it takes to make you happy. We have purchased three tempurpedic mattresses and love them. Don't go anywhere else if you are interested in these mattresses. You will get the best sales and service from these two locations.”

“Well organized and clean store. SO many options, you could spend all day looking. We did leave empty handed this time as we were looking for a specific piece of furniture in a certain style but I'd return to shop for many other items for our home. The rug area was a little overwhelming but had tons of options for any size you'd need. Employees were also friendly and said "hello" as we passed them. I'd recommend for pillows and shelf filler as well as any other practical or decorative household needs.”

“The parking lot is nice and well kept. The store was nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. They offered to help my load my items that I ordered. Wanted to do customer pick up, but the system is overly confusing. Best time of day to visit is right around the time that they open.”

“I have been to this store many times, and they have a very good selection and the store is very well merchandised. I've read other reviews below mentioning delays on orders, this can happen on furniture simply because of delays on imported goods which is taking place across the country currently. It's always a good idea to order well in advance for your children or order something in stock. Overall this store is absolutely gorgeous, located in a great area, and has a wide selection of Cribs, Chairs, Beds, and Accessories to choose from. I no longer live in the area but recommend this store to anyone who is expecting. The staff are very friendly and personable. Having ordered furniture from Pottery Barn I do suggest personally staying on top of your order and calling their 800 Customer Service number to check on the status of your furniture order every 2 weeks. It's really your responsibility to stay on top of it because all furniture stores have too many orders to oversee. Be part of the solution, understand the process, and you'll be happy with your order.”
