“I’ve been going to Becke for close to 20 years and have followed her no matter what salon she went to. I’m loyal to Becke because she’s the best at what she does. She gets to know her clients and helps me decide styles and colors based on my personality. She always gives me options and her opinion which I highly respect and appreciate as she’s extremely talented in her craft. Becke stays current on styles, color, etc and often recommends styles I’ve never seen keeping my hair fresh and unique. She also makes it her priority to keep my hair healthy. I get several compliments on my hair thanks to Becke. I also recently took my daughters to Becke for their back to school haircuts. My youngest made a drastic change and they couldn’t have been more comfortable and happy with their results. I also have to say Becke goes out of her way to schedule her clients when they need to get in even though she often books up in advance. Becke is AWESOME!!!”

“The atmosphere was fun. Our daughter got a kick out of the decor. She also enjoyed drawing on the kids menu. The food was excellent. My wife got the great white pizza because she's not a fan of tomato sauce, and I got the veggie calzone. Everything was very flavorful and unique. My only complaint is that the intersection the restaurant is near makes it hard to access if you are traveling in the wrong direction, but i suppose that's not the restaurant's fault, is it.”

The lady at the front desk was so kind and offered to get someone to escort her for me since I couldn't go in. It was an extremely emotional experience that your staff made better for her. “I rented a storage locker at Eastside Storage for approximately two years. Dave, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I worked in Customer Service my entire working life and CS is very important to me. Earlier this year, I had major surgery and as a result of all that was going on, forgot to send rent payment. Dave was super-understanding and didn’t charge me a late fee, which he certainly could of! The locker was clean, dry and probably the nicest one I’ve ever rented. If I ever need one in the future, I will go to Eastside!!!”

The experience for me has been absolutely wonderful, the fear and concern of a loved one being taken care of by someone who is not you are related, was scary and overwhelming for me. I wanted to be sure that she would be respected and cared for as I would be towards her, the caregivers and staff are very patient, gentle and kind to her. “We are so happy with how they are teaching our little guy! Everyone is friendly, attentive and thoughtful, which is important for two parents who work full time. I couldn't imagine taking him anywhere else! Update: 3 years later and both of our kids still attend Hope and we couldn't be happier.
