“I don’t know why there’s so many nasty reviews. I scheduled for 6-7pm and they called at 5:30 and said the time was mistakenly open. They still took the car since I was half an hour early and was there already as he called. Staff was really professional and kind despite the schedule mix up and having to stay a little longer. I felt terrible since I don’t like being that customer ever. But the guy who ran my car out at the end was very nice and said it wasn’t my fault after I apologized like 10 times lol.
