“Great place. Man who runs this spot is very cool. He was very welcoming, polite and generous. I was riding my bicycle from Kansas City to Joplin and back and even though they don't have any sites set up for tent camping he allowed me to stay here for a night as I was passing through Archie. I felt right at home and all of the tenants I met were very nice. A great home away from home not far from Kansas City and a Dollar General right down the street for easy groceries.”

“I cannot tell you how wonderful this place is. We have been here for 4 months and have enjoyed every moment here. The owners are so caring and helpful, they have become like family. Our neighbors were so kind and everyone looks out for each other. The property is gorgeous right on the river. You see so much wildlife along the river. It's the best place to stay in St. Joe hands down. We will miss this little park and all our friends we made there.”

“This is an outstanding five star KOA! like most KOAs it is very clean the staff is nice but it is exceptionally clean and there are a lot of things for the family to do. They have miniature golf they have a blow up bouncy bed, a playground, and a little water mining table where you can have your kids pretend to be minors. There's also volleyball and basketball. They have restrooms and showers but they also have family restrooms and showers which was really accommodating to my parents that are 82 and 85 years old. We did not stay in one of the cabins but we got to look inside and they are very cozy and clean as well. Great staff and very accommodating. The young man who took us to our site came up and told us after we parked if there's anything we meet feel free to ask we're here for you. Very nice to see the younger generation being respectful and doing their job! The campsite is not far from I-70 but as you drive through the apartment developments to get to it don't be fooled the campsite is very nice very safe and secure! We saved this campground to our KOA camp app and we will definitely be here again!”

Susan and Paul are great to work with and their family helps out also! The cabins were surprisingly very nice ! Definitely upscale for cabins ! The lake is actually fishable and the waterfall is soothing !”

“Sara and Nick are amazing! From their work ethics to their desire to make your stay comfortable. Truly appreciate all you've done as well as allowing us to extend our stay at the last minute. Sites are a bit close together but people are very friendly. As others have mentioned, it has a community atmosphere rather than a typical RV park. Since most residents seem to work at Iataan, the park is very quiet during the day. Laundry equipment was quickly replaced when broken. Loved the sunsets over the lake, the prayer garden, the cats and yes, even Daisy.”

“I just recently moved here however my first day in my new house our power day go out and we didn't get any warning but they were quick to resolve it. Now I'm having a lot of problems with my trailer the owner broke contract with the trailer park by renting to me, even tho I prepaid 3months rent then they came turned off my utilities I have 2 small children and was force out of my trailer. Now I'm being told I'm squating and need to leave. Now I'm homeless and out my money and the owner of the park refused to give me any proff that she wasn't allowed to rent to me”

We have perfect credit scores and previous rental history. Would not explain what that problem was!! Very Embarrassing!! Don't get your hopes up and arrange your relocation plans......you might get turned down and not know why!!”
