My 2yo is never scared to go to the doctor - he shed zero tears with his most recent vaccine, even. The staff are efficient and friendly, and always play with him and help keep him entertained and happy, even though that's outside of their job description of course. The online self scheduling feature offered is super convenient for me as a busy Mom. We haven't had to use it, thankfully, but this location also has an urgent care on the evenings and weekends.
