“My mother has been a resident of Ovation for about eight months now and absolutely feels this is home! Staff is caring and professional. They call the residents by name and put a hand on the shoulder of the residents when they are speaking to them as reassurance and to add human touch to their encounters with residents. The marketing people accurately describe life at Ovation and explain everything in detail so there are no surprises. In some respects, Mom has been more active at Ovation than when she was in independent living. She enjoys the food and interacting with different residents. They are doing a great job with our senior citizens!”
