Scott is the best all around coach/trainer who has multiple certifications in several methodologies such as Strongfirst and Functional Strength Movement. He's a stickler for proper form and safe lifting. He loves mixing it up with: Kettlebells, barbells, TRX, dumbbells, circuit training, resistance bands, small group classes & private lessons available. The Amazing 12 week (A12) excelerated strength, conditioning and fitness program is the bomb. Love this smaller, studio gym.
