When I got picked up to head to my first destination, I, as with my kids thought I would literally fall from the ramp with how he rolled me on. Sent my anxiety over the roof. After reaching Baker's at twin creek, he proceeds to drive and park on the wrong side. After an Hour, we got picked up, and I asked about the dome lights etc. He said, the back isn't fully closed don't worry about it. HELLO Yes I do worry about this, safety first. I notified the company to let them know and if I were to call back, do not send him.”

The jeep which was better for us with my chair. All of our luggage and the wheelchair and everything I bought on the trip and the cooler. Pillows and blankets for the cabin. We loved the jeep so much, especially at the compact price, we bought a Sante Fe. Budget is the company I choose as a retired travel agent.”
