“Have stayed in this Comfort Inn many times in the past when coming to Omaha to visit family and friends. This past week, we had made reservations for two nights at this hotel, but due to a family emergency, had to cancel past the cancellation policy. I called and spoke with Victoria whom provided exceptional customer service, understood my circumstance and stated she would call her Manager for approval to cancel. Within a very short time period, an email was received via the Manager Travis, stating my cancellation was approved and refund was initiated. We have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the front desk personnel are personable. I want to thank Victoria and Travis for their help and kudos to Travis for his leadership.”

“I love both inside and outside gardens. Great place to walk with differing paths and themes. Also unique is a wooden multilevel miniature train village that has been integrated into the landscape. Also a concert lawn just behind main building. All types of gardens. Herb garden, rose garden, oriental, prairie, water features, etc. Plenty of beautiful scenery and large enough to get many "steps" in.”

“With no exaggeration, this is perhaps the best restaurant experience I've had in months. Everyone was super polite and accommodating. Staff walked us through the menu so that we could make the best decision about what we wanted. Everyone was generally just so nice. The gentleman at the register, and then the one we spoke with at the bar, were both exceptional. I wish we had caught their names! We will definitely be back, and look forward to (hopefully) seeing them again. The burritos we ordered were absolutely amazing, and traveled very well. Every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations, and I truly cannot wait to return.”
